Broken Themes _vti_cnf stylesheet missing

    New at wordpress.

    Attempting to set up additional stylesheets; notice error:

    Broken Themes
    _vti_cnf stylesheet missing

    Might this be the reason I’ve been unsuccessful at loading more themes?

    (Have uploaded a new template to wp-content\themes on web directory, but so it is not showing up as an option)

    try to browse to this location
    http:// your website/wp-content/themes/ your themename/style.css and see if it loads up. only then it means you uploaded it properly.

    Found the error of my ways with uploaded stylesheet. It needs to be in the WordPress folder of the web directory. Duh. The documentation did not spell that out (as I recall).

    Sooo my remaining question is if there are existing stylesheets (or some other way) to show visitor comments without requiring the visitor to click the comment link? Also each post should beon separate pages as well, chosen from a sidebar…. asking too much?
