How to redirect with /%post_id%/

Bonjour!
My permalinks are set-up like this: /%post_id%/%postname%/. I would like to know if is is possible to use a redirect this way:
http://theplanetfixer.org/259/anything-anyname-anystrings/
to
http://theplanetfixer.org/259/
In other words, what strings/regex should I use to replace: “/259/whatever/”.
