"Customize User Notification Email" problem

    When I want to add russian text on “Customize User Notification Email” then I get some unknown (magic :)) characters .
    And I want to ask you – please can you integrate it with qTranslate ?
    That if user is registred on russian language side, then he/she gets Russian notification , if registred on Armenian language side then he/she gets Armenian notification . I am sure that if you set that functionality – then you will have more people that will want to use this plugin.
