Backup compress stops at 31,5 MB

Hi,
I have a problem when the plugin starts to compress the wordpress folders, the compression stops suddenly when the archive arrives at 31,5Mb. I try to change the compress method (zip, tar, tar.gzip,…) and always do the same, stops at 31,5Mb.
Can you know what is happen?
