  • Unfortunately, he’s shutting down the pro support forum. Here’s the exact message he wrote on it:

    Hi All,

    I have some news about the forum I want to share.

    Starting Monday, February 4, the Pro support forum will no longer be available.

    I want to continue doing everything I can to make VFB Pro and add-ons as good as they can be without making drastic changes to the affordable price. While I certainly will continue to answer as many questions as possible, there are some questions that require a disproportionate amount of time to answer. Some are nearly impossible to answer in light of factors such as theme conflicts, server setup, and all sorts of other situations.

    I feel like the best thing I can do for the VFB Pro user base is to spend the bulk of my time improving the code, providing better documentation, and recording more tutorial videos. This does not mean that I’m going away. It just means that I can’t get into every deep issue that everyone has. If I did, I’d have to raise the price and I want to keep VFB Pro as affordable as possible.

    The WordPress.org forum will continue to be available, so be sure to post all of your questions and bug reports there and I’ll respond when I can.

    Finally, I just want to say that I really appreciate everyone on this forum who have helped report bugs and made suggestions. I’m a one man shop and finding every little bug can be difficult. Without your help, who knows how far along VFB Pro might be.

    I will have news of what’s to follow at a later date, but yes, the Pro support forum is being discontinued.

    How do i insert my order number serial in the plugin to validate the pro purchase? i just now purchased the pro version, but it’s a lower version than the downloadable version from wordpress.org. or did i just not read something somewhere? Thanks for your help. it’s a great plugin, and my second time buying it. (i bought it for a client earlier and now i’m buying for myself.)
