Sidebar keeps moving when I publish a particular post.

I’ve been having problems with my sidebar disappearing when I publish a new post. It will not stay on the right hand side, it will disappear and fall to the bottom of the page.

Why is my sidebar so problematic and moving around when I pubish a post in the 3.5 version but it worked fine without any problems in 3.4. I’m using the weaver template. This did not start happening until I updated to 3.5. So frustrated! Can someone help me please!
