    Hi there,

    I installed BigContact (looks great btw) but have a few problems.

    First I couldn’t change anything in the form options, but I can probably work around that.

    Second – when I tick the boxes to add to a page they don’t do anything but I have just written the shortcode so that is not a problem.

    Third – when I do try to fill in the form and send it I get this:

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /~1968656.2150006/htdocs/andrewrugasira/wp-content/plugins/bigcontact/include/contact-json.php on this server.

    I have tried changing the permissions on my ISP to 7777 but it doesn’t make a difference.

    I am using
    WP 3.5.1
    BigContact 1.4.1

    I’m also using BuddyPress and BbPress plugins so not sure if this has any effect.

    Hi Stephen. have you solved the issue? Sounds like file permission issues.

    Hi Arian,

    I uninstalled and used a different plugin. I’m using a pretty old version of MySQL which seems to be responsible for alot of problems. Am trying to get it updated but not so simple around here…thanks for the mail.
