branding and toolbar not being removed

    Hi k0872,

    This issue should now be resolved. Go ahead and upgrade to version 1.4. I was incorrectly placing internal style sheets into the body of an HTML 5 document, which is not proper coding. In the beginning it seemed to be working but obviously it was not correct. I apologize for any inconvenience.
