Wootheme not displaying correctly with Woocommerce.

I know this is strange. I am new to this, and this is what I experience.

I download Woocomerce and a free theme from Woo called Wootique. It is suppose to be compatible.

However, after installing everything and setting few example, I noticed the theme on my host look different than the demo theme on Woo. What could be the reason? I have check again and again but couldnt find out why. I suspect it is the css style, but i dont know what i am missing.
