Twenty Twelve Background

    Could someone please tell me how I add padding to the main body of the twenty twelve template? When I select a background tile there is no padding to the left or right of the blog content.

    I’d like my blog to look similar to:

    http://www.aprettypennyblog.com

    in layout with the same padding at the top of the blog, and similar padding down the sides as well as the drop shadow around the main body of the blog.

    I made a custom template but really don’t know what coding to place where to get the same layout and would be very grateful if someone

    also try to select a background color at the same time;

    there is some coding in Twenty Twelve that removes the padding and shadow around the center if the background color is set to #ffffff white.
