bigplay.svg is missing in 2.10.3

    I’ve tried SVGs and HTML5 Video with no success (When I say that I mean, I’ve tested in 4 web browsers, on phone, on ipad. NOTHING works on everything except for MAP SVG by Code Canyon but that is for a specific application. Would like SVG to work in Media library.

    True that. My point was just that bigplay.svg is referenced by the css file in this plugin but is not delivered in the plugin package.
