    It was a configuration issue unrelated to the plugin.

    Hello! Could you please describe the solution you’ve found. It seems I have the same problem. I’ve installed the plugin, put it on a page, but when I submit the form – it shows empty page. Both WP-MAIL and MAIL options do the same way. No email is sent.

    In my case, it ended up being an issue in my php.ini file for the SMTP settings.
