Need a time / alarm clock plugin

    Hi,

    I’d like to have a clock on the webpage for my visitors.

    Not just telling time, it will send out messages when the visitors have used the site for say 60 mins or 80 mins. So essentially the clock is there to tell the visitors that they should stop using my site and have a break from computer.

    It is a bit like alarm clock functions.
