In vs. 1.10.0 some buttons not visible, only the text is visible

First problem:
After upgrading to WP 3.5.1 I encounter this problem: the last button [maxbutton id=”41″] is not visible anymore, only the text. When I remove a random button the last one (id 41) becomes visible.

Second problem:
In the plugin itself (Admin Panel > “Button”)buttons are visible from [maxbutton id=”28″] until [maxbutton id=”35″] but id 36-41 not.

All buttons from id 1 to id27 are working well.

I deactivated and reactivated the plugin > no solution.
I uninstalled and reinstalled vs 1.10.0 > no solution.
After deactivating and reactivating the plugin again > no solution.

System info and screenshots are available.

Allthough I’m using a tneme made by Artisteer, in 3.4.2 en 3.5.0 there were no issues at all with the same theme.
