Contacts not adding to Constant Contact

    I’m using the Directory Press theme from Premium Press. I’ve installed the latest version of this plugin for new members to be added by default (box checked) to my CC default list. None of my other CC lists are displayed.

    From the user’s standpoint everything seems to work fine during registration, but nothing is being added to CC, nor does anything appear in the plugin’s activities page.

    It would be great to get this working, I’ve been a Constant Contact user for years.

    A quick update, I deleted the old plugin version and installed the latest one (2.4.0.3) I double checked my CC login name and password in the Word Press settings and I’m getting the message saying that they “…seem to be working.”

    But still, new contacts are not being added.

    Zack Katz if you read this, can you help?

    Hi Martin, this should be fixed in 2.4.1. Let me know if it’s not.

    This is disappointing. Not only can’t I use the plugin, but as a member of Constant Contact’s Partner program, I can’t yet recommend it to my clients.

    Hi, not sure why this thread is marked resolved. I have not been able to get this plugin to add new contacts to my CC lists, and so have uninstalled it.

    I would happily pay a reasonable fee for something that worked.
