I have a problem using this plugin, I have PIWIK installed listening on several URLS analytics.domain.com which is the same site as the domain name in use. And my main management interface analytics.otherdomain.com.

When ever I try to enter http://analytics.domain.com into the Piwik URL (REST API) value it just fails do anything, it will only work on the http://analytics.otherdomain.com details, which it then goes off and get the site name and allows me to install.

Has anyone else had this problem and can help me fix it ? My sites really want to use there own domains for tracking.

If I do not use the plugin and just copy and paste the tracking code into the site footer it works fine as expected. It is just this plugin interface that will not accept it.

    See http://piwik.org/faq/troubleshooting/#faq_171
You can disable the Piwik trusted host feature if individual hostnames are necessary:

This feature was developed as a “Security Best Practise”, following a suggestion by a security researcher working with Piwik through our Security Research program.

WP-Piwik 0.9.8 will also support the Piwik proxy script, see http://piwik.org/faq/how-to/#faq_132
    But:

when you use this technique, the feature to exclude visits via the ignore cookie will not work.
