Content slide plugin & WP Lightbox 2 conflict?

    Hi,

    This my first WordPress site, so still very much learning! My website is http://www.gekkolodge.co.uk/blog

    I installed the slider plugin for the main pic at the top first and this worked fine.
    I then installed the WP lightbox 2 plugin for the gallery and it works but when you close the pop-up it leaves another naviagtion bar in the centre of the header?
    I know I have to put some extra code in but unsure where to put it?

    Also everytime you refresh or go onto a different page part of the slider image is showing up again underneath, is this an issue with the border size? (I set the border so it would align in the centre)

    Not sure that these issues are related but I didnt have the slider problem until I installed the lightbox.
