Theme options not displaying

    before importing xml settings i see general settings in the theme options.

    However, once i have imported xml. the settings update through option tree but nothing displays under theme options.

    So i have imported the xml file correctly, can see that the settings are in place under option tree but they do not appear under theme options for my selected layout, it is blank..

    Any help is appreciated
