"Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions" doen't work in WP 3.5.1

    Hello WP Users,

    We are using WordPress 3.5.1, and after we installed that the option:
    Crop thumbnail to exact dimensions (normally thumbnails are proportional) in /wp-admin/options-media.php doesn’t work.

    Can somebody help us, please?, thank you.
