   I cannot seem to get the setup running. I have created a new MySQL db and a user with with dba privliges. I can also login to the phpMyAdmin using these details.

   When i run the install.php file it says it cannot access the database. I have edited the wp-config.php file to the correct details - dbname, username and password. Still won't connect and install.

   Any suggestions?

   Error establishing a database connection
   This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at mysql.beta.fasthit.net. This could mean your host's database server is down.

   Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
   Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname?
   Are you sure that the database server is running?

   i'm sure its a user/db login issue, but i cannot figure it out?

   the host server was wrong. Check with your host to make sure the database server (localhost) is correct.
