  • I have the same/similar issue: I used/tested it on Xampp and it worked perfectly.

When I tried it on my company site, the “S3 Video” tab says “no media found in this bucket”. Well, knowing there was media, I used the same embed code as my Xampp for my live site, and sure enough it did work and showed the video on my live site no problem. I’m wondering what is blocking the live site that the “S3 Video” tab shows no video though? Does some PHP or Apache permission-setting have to be opened that would allow the “S3 Video tab to show the existing video’s in that tab?

    Thank you.

Hey Promitech, how about sharing here for everyone who has this issue?

Tevya, I recommend you check you have the CURL module available to your PHP installation, it is used by the plugin to communicate with S3. If it can’t communicate with the bucket it may report it as being empty.
