Insert Image and Insert/edit Link won’t Work

When I click on either icon in the visual tab all I get is a blank box and I have to refresh to get rid of it. I sure wish I could figure this out. It’s very frustrating. Could it be something missing on my PC? The same thing happens on my laptop but I quickly tried it at work and it seemed to work.

Any ideas at all?
