email from WP Responsive Theme

emails from forms in Responsive Theme using several Contact Forms. GoDaddy says that the emails are not getting through the WordPress. They use to work fine now the form says they were sent but nothing get to me???

presently using Contact Form 7 3.3.3

I finally put up an “under-construction” until someone will give me some advise how to make the ofrms work???
