Slideshow with pictures included in posts

    I would like to make a slideshow with all pictures included in my posts (ideally a link in widget sidebar).
    I tried first to find a plugin that add pictures from post automatically in a gallery. I can’t find it…
    So I create manually a gallery with Nextgen gallery (included in wordpress). I manage to add this gallery in a post (or page). But when I open the post (or page) nothing appears.
    How could I propose this slideshow gallery on my blog?
