Registered Web address through WP and now can't access

I registered my name mikefreestone.com as my web address last year and need to switch the hosting. I can’t access the DNS records or where I can make the switch. This is the one site I have not registered through Godaddy or Register.com. Domainsbyproxy (who is listed as the registar on the who is look up said I have to speak with Word Press…and they can’t help me.
