W3TC 0.9.2.5 does not work with most plugins

It seems like the update in 0.9.2.5 made the plugin disable the use of cron jobs for all other plugins. Some plugins that do not work with W3TC anymore because of this update are BackupBuddy and WP-Database. Disabling W3TC somewhat solves this problem.
