@wpyogi
Tried deactivating the plugins and cleaning cache, still the the error is there.
Manual upload of wp 3.5.1 seems to be complex. XD
Try switching to the default theme with all plugins deactivated.
When I switched to default theme, will my current theme settings be saved and restored?
Yes, they should be. What theme are you using?
WP-clear from solothemes. What is the default theme, btw?
Have you checked with them about whether it’s compatible with 3.5?
But switching to a default theme will help answer that anyway, so yes, usually, your settings should be safe. But with a non-supported theme, I can’t guarantee that.
Default is now twentytwelve, though twentyeleven would be okay too.
I see, will get help from Hostgator for manual upload of WP 3.5 instead. Not sure if it is compatible, this one is from last year. V3.2
Wait, I thought you were using 3.5 – that’s what your topic line says.
Sorry, I meant I’m using WP-Clear 3.2 version. Not WP 3.2.
A similar problem has been bugging me for days now!
I was using V3.2.1 and everything has been OK for months. Then suddenly
I can not upload images due to HTTP error, and also can not edit or preview a new page changes, due to the following error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, you@example.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
I have searched the forum, read and tried all the possible solutions.
I have upgraded to 3.5.1. Site from user side is OK.
But the issues via Admin still exist.
I have no idea what to do now.
my site is: http://www.independentbudokai.com
@pxpworld – please start your own thread — it’s rude to interrupt another person’s thread.
Jade – oh, okay, good. Is that the most recent version and is it updated to WP3.5?
I started my own thread 4 days ago and no one answered!
Well at least you answered this one!
And I did not think they were private threads in an open forum!
Especially when then subject is the same!
