Stephen Fry Proof – what does that mean ?

Basically it means your site can handle large amounts of traffic.

The phrase is a reference to a tweet sent out by Stephen Fry that caused a site to experience a lot of traffic. The site was using WP Super Cache and did not fail. So it is said that a site using the WP Super Cache plugin is “Stephen Fry Proof.”
