Change "More" Link to Image and Move Right

Dear Tim et all,

I am currently using the Graphene theme at http://www.ToledoBW.org and would like to change the “More” link into an image and float it to the right as they do at http://www.Cyberblockwatch.com.

Now, I realize their “Continue reading >>” button is native to the Graphene theme and appears for them automatically as their home page is a blog page where mine is static with the Blog-in-Blog pulling in the excerpts but I will need to repackage the posts in many places on the site and could really use a matching “More” link for continuity.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated by the citizens of Toledo, Ohio.

PS: Simply change %post_content% to %post_excerpt% for excerpts.
