Plugin is simply not working

The plugin is simply not working on my site brentpoemccabe.com I’ve tried viewing the site in other browsers while obviously logged out (mind you, I didn’t even need to clear cache because I hadn’t even visited the site yet in those browsers, but still emptied it.) I don’t have any other plugins enabled. Any idea what the issue could possibly be?

Could be a conflict with the theme. Switch to the default theme and see if it works.

Yes, I forgot to mention I also did that and it still didn’t work.. I even just tried doing that again and still nothing.

You do have it active correct? Not much else I can tell without being on the server.

It just works on the preview though, not when users visit the url. And yes, it’s active.

You can set me up a temp admin account for john@seedprod.com and I can take a look. Otherwise I’m not sure.

ah, you did not have to set be “Enabled” under the settings.
