    Hi Eric213, pretty much 100% of the time when someone reports this it’s because they haven’t filled in the fields correctly… things like not adding all required fields, or not including a working mp3 and ogg at correct filepaths, or using funny characters in the playlist title (like apostrophe)…. please double check your configuration and if its still not working post back here with a link to the site and screenshot of your playlist and song upload page

    Is there a file size limitation on the mp3/ogg. I changed the song and i got it to work. Is there a file size limitation?

    No the plugin has no file size limits. But your server might.

    To check whether file size is the problem go to the link URL in your browser directly. Eg if you uploaded your file to URL http://www.yoursite.com/audio/track.mp3 then visit that link in your browser… if it plays, then there’s nothing wrong with the file and it uploaded fine. If not, then that’s your problem.

    Did your first song have any odd characters in the title? Eg a space? Or symbols? Or an apostrophe? Because this can cause problems…

    I’m having the same issue. I have filled out all of the required fields, I have not used any special characters and there is no response when I click the add song button.

    Please advise!
