WooTheme Help – I'm desperate!

I am having issues with the WooTheme Canvas. I have too many issues to name here but for starters i can’t get the backgrounds on the menu or sub menu to change. then there are issues with product pages and PNGs.

If someone is willing to help me via skype or phone, i will pay you for your time. I need to get this fixed now!
