breaks cycle lite jquery script

    when activating the cart66 lite plugin, my jquery script for cycle lite for a slide show no longer works. i have the jquery script set in my footer.php file with an if statement for only the homepage template.

    don’t know how to resolve and would like to use this shopping cart for a client site.
    anyone know a work around?
