Switched themes, but old theme still there

    I am building a website, and I was using the Simple Catch Theme. I was having some problems, so I downloaded and installed the Arras theme. When I am logged in, I see the Arras theme, but if I go to my website without being logged in it reverts back to the old theme. Cache and browser history have been deleted, and computer has been restarted.
