Support » Fixing WordPress » menu links with the wrong page, removing gradient on menu bar

  • I made a ‘post’ on my home page, then added 6 more pages. Ever since I added the 5th page, whenever I click on the home tab, it shows the information of the 5th page. How do I fix this so it shows the information of the home page?

I also want to take off the gradient on the menu bar, so its just one flat red colour. I also want to be able to have all 7 tabs spaced evenly throughout the menu.

Can anyone help me with this?

My website is http://www.elitelearning.com.au and I am using the ‘MyBaby’ theme.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
