Preload does not seem to work

I have been trying to get preload to cache my site, but I am not getting any results…

I am enabling preload, I set it to email me at the beginning and the end of the preload, it does so at first but then get no notice.
I have tried this with different numbers of posts…
Still they don’t appear pre-cached (accessing them with a non-signed in browser)
