Naked Theme, simple

I almost gave up on finding a naked wordpress 3.5 compatible theme. Every one I saw is either completely overhauled framework or is really outdated using deprecated wordpress functions and is not semantic.

I checked:

1. Roots – very complex for me to work with, rewrites db its own way.
2. Bones – used to be simple, now went same way as roots.
3. Starkers- used to be simple clean, now integrates its own separated structure and logic.

Could some one show me something.

I am looking for Basic WordPress theme/structure without being super modified structure-wise. just stripped down 3.5
