• The plugin is great! thank you very much for your time to make and share…

I have one problem on my website on the first load, basically the standard html loads fast however my page javascript pauses until the plugin fetches the facebook pasts… sometimes that can be along time… so the user is left with a half rendered page for 8+secs before the plugin finishes and the page javascript loads. – from there there is no delay, its just the first load.

Is there a way to get the plugin to load after all other javascript does? As im using it in the sidebar it would be nice if my page loaded properly and then the sidebar updates itself later.

    Very Best,

    C

    Hey Chris,

Sorry, a tad late but I will start looking into this issue. Some others have been experiencing the same.

    I will keep you updated.

    Thanks, Danny.

    Hi Chris,

It seems that your cache file is updated on every page request, which should not be happening. Can you give me some more details about the server environment your WP website is hosted on. Windows / Linux, etc..

It could be that your server time is off.

Anyway, I’ve just updated the plugin and I made some changes to the way the plugin calculates the last modification time of the cache file. Maybe it does the trick for you.
