Users can no longer subscribe

When a user types in their email and submits, they are redirected to the blog listing page and nothing happens on the back end (no emails sent, no user shows up in the subscribers list). My client who this website is for mentioned that they hit the reset button after trying to change the email setting to weekly. I am assuming this may have caused the issue but even after uninstalling and reinstalling it still does not work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
