Setting up email templates

    Hi,
    I have tried to send an email via orders and clicking on customer email address hyperlink so that i can inform a customer their order has been shipped.

    No template has been set up for this. How do i know what email template to activate for each action. Names are not totally clear to me.

    You need to amend the admin order email template.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    Where will i find this? I can not see it in emails tab.

    Try looking again. It’s the second email template in the list at the top of eShop -> emails.
