Job Form Settings and custom fields names

Hi,

Can somebody will explain to me how does any name from Job Form Settings is translated to WP custom filed name? For an example I have From field titled as Job Description and now I want to do search within that custom filed but I need to have name of that filed to be indexed by WP first.
