Not satisfied with Search results…

We are using Store Locator plus including the Pro pack. With more than 1000 resellers listed, this become quite tricky and I was always hoping, that an update will fix some basic problems.

When searching for a country (either via the Country dropdown or with the search box), it doesn’t do what I would expect.

If I search for Canada, it will “only” place the needle in the middle of Canada and show all resellers within the defined Radius. Even with Radius set to 2500 miles, it still does not show all Canadien Reselles, but also list Resellers in the US.

This is a pity and should be a main feature of a store locator.

Same applies to other countries like Phillipines. If I set the Radius to high, I see much more than I want…

If you offer an “Country dropdown”, why didn’t you simply “just” search for the Country field?!

I see this as a real bug and not a feature request…hope that this will be fixed in an update soon.
