    I though I had found the solution to my problem of needing to create a custom form on my site. Sadly, this plugin didn’t work for me as advertised. In step 2: Create / Edit Fields and Form, when I press the Create Field button the configuration menu never appears as shown in the support video?!

    It is too bad, as this did look very promissing.

    Thank you for your review. Just fixed the bug, that appeared on some web brousers.
    Hope you will give another chance to the plugin.
