Hierarchical Taxonomies?

This plugin is great! One thing that doesn’t seem to be working for me, however, is using hierarchal taxonomies.

It works for:

/posttype/parent-term/post-name

But ideally I would like the following structure:

/posttype/parent-term/child-term/post-name

Any thoughts?
