single-qa_faq.php not working

I’ve read: http://support.madebyraygun.com/knowledgebase/how-do-i-change-the-single-faq-template/

So I’ve created a single-qa_faq.php in my plugin folder to get an custom page for my faq items.

However this is not working. WordPress is just using single.php. What am I doing wrong?
