   I finished my layout a couple days ago and people have been asking about the register page, and why it's style deviates from the rest of my pages. Is there an easy way to get wp-login and register INSIDE my theme, as in - inside the header and footer .php's?

   Just create new images that are based of your theme and replace the default ones which are located in the wp-admin/images/ folder.
