• This plugin brings much needed table editing functionality to WordPress.

The JavasScript functionality for the end-users is powerful allowing filtering, sorting, pagination and searching.

CSS customization is very easy and inteligently places the custom CSS file outside of this plugin’s directory to preserve the file when updating the plugin.

Ideally, commonly expected CSS restyling such as coloring, should be editable from within the plugin’s wp-admin pages without having to manually create a CSS file though the option to manually create the said file should always exist for full flexibility. This sentiment is mainly from the perspective of non-coders and novices.

Well done on choosing the name of the plugin. It elevates the plugin to the echelons of WordPress plugins that are the best in their field such as bbPress or Buddypress and deservedly so.

    Hi,

thanks for rating and reviewing the plugin! I really appreciate it!

I agree, that making the most common styling changes could be easier. Unfortunately, I haven’t yet found a nice solution to this. The trouble that I’m facing is that I want a user interface that is as easy to use as possible, without cluttering the current “Edit” screen even more. (It already has way to much options and checkboxes…) And even if I could find such an interface, it would probably always be missing something, as I’m unsure about where to draw the line of which CSS properties to include, and which not to include…
So, this is only my list, but as “Custom CSS” is so powerful and flexible, it’s not that high of a priority right now.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
