Firstly im sorry, im a newbie im sure my question will be some silly question and a simple one: Please help!
1. I HAVE installed wordpress on my Macbook at http://www.traveldiscountguides.com and it is installed fine, i logged in as admin and also posted, all this done when i am sitting on my server itself, BUT when i access my site from another machine through the internet and click BLOG i only get the text on the blog page without any pictures. Here is a screen shot
Please tell me what to do? and how to solve this

dont use localhost for your WordPress address (URL) OR your Blog address (URL)
Localhost is NEVER accessable from the outside. Use an IP, and/or if you have a dynamic IP, use a service like dyndns.

Please tell me how do i change from LocalHost to My static IP Address ?
Should i do it in Manually in DreamWeaver I use or will i have to install wordpress in a different manner again ?? or any better way you can suggest ?

you change it INSIDE of your wordpress administration area, under options -> General
WordPress address (URL) AND Blog address (URL)
This has nothing to do with WordPress per se, but either with your web hosting account or the URLs you've entered into WordPress > Options > General.
For example, the CSS file URL is:
http://localhost:80/wordpress/wp-content/themes/default/style.css
Since "localhost" always means one's own computer, that's a problem. Your domain name is traveldiscountguides.com, so that should be the URL in WordPress.
If that doesn't work, please let us know what happens.
