I've decided to move my blog posts over to wordpress.com
the problem is, wp.com is asking for a .wrx file while I've been backing up my blog in a .sql file.
How do I convert the .sql file to a .wrx file?

you dont. an .sql file is a complete database dump, whereas a .wxr is a dump of just content

Well, I'm in similar situation - i have .sql but there is no way i can get to my old block, its gone with my old server (don't ask). Anyway i can convert it to wxr, and (what's important) keep the character's encoding?
