Warning Message on site with WP 3.5 version

    Hi, I am getting error messages on my site that I have updated to WP 3.5 version:

    Theme: Platform 1.4.3
    Here is the error message:

    Can you tell me, in layman’s terms (I’m not a techie), how to fix this?

    Unfortunately, I cannot even get into the admin area of my site anymore. This is the message I am getting after I log in:
